Opening directly a file via command line #4

Hi, if i have a file, eg. "video.mp4" and i want that clicking on that file, Vive Cinema automatically opens and plays this file (i will not know in advance in which folder i'll have it), can i do it ?

Because if i register the .mp4 extension to be opened with Vive Cinema, it doesn't play it automatically....
