This adds the possibility to print the UsbCover part smaller-than-spec. We generally add clearance to the MainCase here, but if you've already printed a few MainCases, then it's nicer to just reprint the non-fitting USB covers ;)
It's not pretty (in terms of code), but works very well. Tested for the Luckenwalde Workshops, I printed 30 or so of this with UsbCover_clearance_correction=0.2. They all fit perfectly.
