These are the main changes required for the OBSPro. There are still some things to be tested. This code should be compatible with the OBSClassic, but I never tested that.

I've now prepared the CI builds to create binaries for the classical obs and obs-pro.

There are no 2 environments defined in platformio.ini.

Still open topics but we should bring OBS & OBSPro to one codebase 1st.
