Fix link & embedded video for SWR odysso #169

The article can still be found in the SWR search: https://www.swr.de/swr-suche-100.html?swx_restriction=&swx_q=openbikesensor

~But the link seems dead, the article was probably removed. I linked to the Web Archive of the article instead (which apparently even plays the videos that are embedded into the article), but left the original link in case this is just a temporary technical glitch with swr.de.~

It seems the article URL was just changed, I updated the commit accordingly (now without the link to the web archive).

Also I switched the embedded video to ardmediathek.de which should continue to host the video until April 2026.

This will first appear on test.openbikesensor.org - when it's working there we do the final merge to the production branch of the website repo.

Both links are working on http://test.openbikesensor.org. I pushed the changes to production branch.
