Remove the theme and all dependencies, as well as bootstrap. Inline the required fontawesome SVGs, nothing more. Restyle all the CSS manually. Nice pure-CSS menu, better mobile layout, better layout overall. Clean up SCSS.

[x] Print styles, especially for docs
[x] Cconsider new colors, that gray is a bit ugly
