Describe the bug Deleted accounts are still counted in the Manage website access section

To reproduce the behavior

  1. Open the any dApp
  2. Connect with OpenBit successful
  3. Go to the Manage website access then observe account counter displayed
  4. Rmove any account
  5. Back to Manage website access then observe account counter displayed again

Actual: Deleted accounts are still counted in the Manage website access section

Expect: Show correct account is active on wallet
