Compatibility with API Level 17 #4

I cannot install f-droid.org build on my FairPhone Kola Nut 1.8 (FP1U with AOSP 4.2.2). Other backends works with LegacyNetworkLocation.apk

Will check, it'll probably just require a minor change in Android manifest,

Just bumped v0.1.2 with Android 4.2.2 support to F-Droid: please test and feedback :-)

Thanks you very much. Now I can install it. Right now I cannot test it deeply, but online mode works.
