No lcoation (online/offline) with Oreo #50

Neither with offline (Germany) database nor online. Calling it in "energy save mode" via SatStat gives an Error : "JSON data was null". Anything what I am doing wrong. The backend "GSM location" works (but that one doesn't support Wifi location).
