As mentioned in #46, this adds gradle.properties, fixing the build.
Also, acra has been removed some time ago but the jar was still in lib; this is also fixed.
In fact, we could ditch the libs folder altogether, as the gradle build uses none of these (and the folks at F-Droid will be happy to see we’re no longer including any blobs). Only drawback is that, if someone tries to build this from Eclipse with the old toolchain, this will no longer work. Not sure if that is in any way relevant (I refuse to touch Android Studio, but even I am no longer able to build anything runnable from within Eclipse; that part of the toolchain seems to have fallen victim to bit-rot).
