No cell updates in March

While waiting for the stat updates from March I noticed that the cell data weren't updated.

For example:

• Switzerland still has 9619 cells like after the last update.
• The graph on the start page goes straight instead of up and the graphs under "upload activity" are even going down.
• Data I uploaded March 27 is still not visible on the map (Wifis and cells).
