User stats are not updating once again #222

What steps will reproduce the problem? Check user stats on radiocells.org.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? According to the stats, I have uploaded 141 cells in the current month. This figure has not changes since August, and I have uploaded some 1,000 cells since September 1.

What version are you using? On what operating system? Does not apply (website issue)

Please provide any additional information below.

And right now, no stats are available at all—I just get an internal error message.
