Document Yocto kernel config best practices #5

Need to provide a cheet sheet that describes how Yocto generates the final kernel config and where to put config fragments.

@shenki - Is this something you've written documentation for at this point? Seems like it was opened in 2015.

Seems not interesting if it hasn't been touched in 6 years....
