We should warn when this happens, and/or not enable NSCI. Currently it fails silently.

Fixed in dev-4.6 with cdff4c2e2dfbda7b425c9ad148e0824824ae71b1 net/ethernet/ftgmac100: Warn when nc-si enabled.

The version that went upstream is 83b454f737a87a8f5a5b27652b48a9016548003c.
