Test IPKVM in GUI

[x] Boot host and open KVM view and check
[x] Open KVM view at standby and Power on
[x] Login to KVM host and Perform operation on the KVM view like open an application
[x] Shutdown the host from KVM
[x] Reboot Host from KVM
[x] Refresh BMC web page
[x] Switch from KVM view to other GUI pages and come back to KVM view
