`bios-settings-mgr` maintainer responsiveness #39

Background The maintainers for the bios-settings-mgr are not responding

Questions Can't get any feedback on the several patches since April (more than 4 months ago): 70981: meson: Provide wrap file for boost | https://gerrit.openbmc.org/c/openbmc/bios-settings-mgr/+/70981 70982: meson: Fix local cereal build | https://gerrit.openbmc.org/c/openbmc/bios-settings-mgr/+/70982

I don't know nicknames of the maintainers in the discord to ping them there. Is there any way to merge the patchsets?

Suryakanth has left Intel. I'm not sure if he will continue to participate in the OpenBMC community, but that email address is no longer valid. We may want to consider a new maintainer to replace him.

Perhaps someone with gerrit super powers can merge them in the mean time?

@manojkiraneda requested to be a maintainer (https://gerrit.openbmc.org/c/openbmc/bios-settings-mgr/+/74724). If I don't see any activity or dispute on that by next week's TOF meeting (Tuesday 4:30pm EDT), I will force merge it.
