What is the source for the Dutch language support? I'm the maintainer of the open source word list for Ditch and am curious, also which version was used.

Most likely it's taken from AOSP keyboard, see e.g. Lineage Keyboard using the same dictionary file: https://github.com/LineageOS/android_packages_inputmethods_LatinIME/blob/lineage-19.1/dictionaries/nl_wordlist.combined.gz
