Clear Dictionary Update Instructions #830

Hi there, I would like to help out with this project (I tried on the original but the devs are no longer involved) with expanding on my mother language (there are some serious gaps in it) but I don't really know how. I tried the tutorial that the link for was provided on the original page, but it's not clear to me at all. Could somebody point me towards an easier, step by step explanation on how to do that? Thank you
