I downloaded openboard on a Samsung A7 tablet and made it my primary keyboard and turned off all of the settings involving auto-anything/spellcheck because those make us stupid. I go to type again the next day and it is not my primary keyboard anymore and all those settings were turned back on. I hadn't done anything to my tablet in the meantime, all of this happened without any participation from me. I just restarted the tablet and everything is still how I left it, but that was the way it was before, totally fine and then complete reset of the settings without me doing anything. That never happened when I used openboard in the past.
I'm not a techie, just a low level lover of linux mint and reluctant user of android, I have no idea what caused this but it was a little annoying. Thanks for making a nice digital keyboard. Be well, Ben
