12 months ago I don't agree that the lengthy tutorial should be part of the root-readme, that's what the wiki is for. There is already an exact description on how to compile it ("usage").
If you want the FP-options to be enabled by default, I suggest to write a pull request with the desired changes in the pine64_ox64_defconfig.
add more detailed steps for compilation
