Bump kernel to 6.5.11 #76

Hello, this is the first PR of our upstream series.

Upgrading kernel is mainly due to the fact that we(Bouffalo Lab) are developing drivers based on 6.5.x versions and to save efforts and minimize risks. Plus, 6.2.x is no more maintained.

This PR depends on https://github.com/openbouffalo/buildroot_bouffalo/pull/71 as current build is broken.
