Building from Master Tree or 2024.02.x Branch results in unbootable Linux Image for Pine ox64

Just the prebuild images from Mar 6, 2023 are working, if i compile the images myself from the master tree or the 2024.02.x branch it results in an unbootable Image for the Pinx ox64 ("Wrong image format for "source" command"):
