Events need an option for repeating meetings #24

Need a radio button for repeating events that then asks how often weekly, bi weekly, or monthly. Other sites allow you to choose which day of the week, but I'd go with the same day as the new event is being planned for.

Also need an option for an end date. If none is given, it's just repeats over and over again.
