Multiple Media Edits - Collapse All to Save #159

Editing dozens of multiple media and updating with copy all requires long scroll to bottom of page to save.

When updating multiple media items, when using copy all to display a button Save to All Clicking this, collapses all media going to the bottom of page Save button
