http://apps.openbudgets.eu/api/3/cubes/bonn-budget-2022-costCenter__ceed0/members/costCenter
this result clearly states page_size=100 while total_member_count = 1316, which means there are more members in the next pages.
I think OS viewer, after a specific version, did not show dimensions in filters, if they had more than a couple of hundreds members. So the filter shouldn't be there at all. You can observe this behavior here: https://openspending.org/viewer/848b8e447d0dfc798a77ef4f3a7bbcbd:bonn-simplified-2017
Anyway I will have a look why the filter is shown and confuses the users.
Thanks for the investigation! The datasets for Bonn 2022 Budget is actually the smallest one among all 2017-2024 Bonn budget datasets series. Other datasets are nine times bigger than 2022. If there is a way to retain the dimensions on the tree map visualization even with more than 100 member size, that would be preferable to enable us visually debug the viewer.
Is this still an issue?
yes, apparently still there, at least in the OBEU server.
For example, http://data.openbudgets.eu/page/codelist/kostenstellenuebersicht_bonn/409814 does not appear in the "Cost Cebter" dimension filter here: http://apps.openbudgets.eu/viewer/bonn-budget-2022-costCenter__ceed0?measure=%22amount.sum%22&groups%5B%5D=%22businessArea.notation%22&order=%22amount.sum%7Cdesc%22&visualizations%5B%5D=%22Treemap%22&lang=en .
costCenter from Ruldof(raw data) '409814' is not inside the result. This result was cut by me when I run the query of Bonn-2022-CostCenter http://apps.openbudgets.eu/viewer/bonn-budget-2022-costCenter__ceed0?measure=%22amount.sum%22&groups%5B%5D=%22businessArea.notation%22&order=%22amount.sum%7Cdesc%22&visualizations%5B%5D=%22Treemap%22&lang=en
CostCenter Observation not in the queery but in the triple store this is '409814' in the triple store.
Observation using this CostCenter and in the dataset Bonn-2022 CostCenter and it should be in the query result.
Could you have a check on Ruldof, why it is not in the query. @larjohn @fathoni
