Bonn datasets are not shown correctly in OBEU Viewer #62

  1. percentages of data sections are larger than 100 %
  2. there are minus data in Bonn dataset, how are these data processed?
  3. The Pie chart view of the dataset consists of only one data section, with some minus value.

It seems that this happens due to the negative amounts. As negative percentages are meaningless in Mathematics (unless you are talking about a decrease in something), a questionable solution would be to use the absolute value of the amounts.

I don't know if this would be a correct solution, but it is not followed in the original OpenSpending API either:
