When you put Global Ban keys in RL Settings and click save:
1.No notification that is saved
2.Not saving keys as if you go and run Config they would not considered
3.Restarting Native client and going back RL Settings you can see Ban Keys disappeared.
Adding global ban keys manually to UserData/RuriLibSettings.json still doesn't load them
