Translation and Crowdin

Following the Crowdin proposal for opencaching-pl, I wonder, is it feasible for OKAPI as well?

AFAIK the .po files shouldn't be a problem, but attribute-definitions.xml ... don't know.

This morning i have added this .po translation for OKAPI on my opencaching-pl project page on https://crowdin.com/project/oc-polish-code-translations. If this is the correct place i do not know but it is not useful to start a new project for this on Crowdin. At this moment "kumy" is translating it to French. When his translation is done i can add this to OKAPI.

Current status for Crowdin translation of OKAPI messages is:

• Master file for English texts is German okapi_messages.po. Developers who add new texts must update that file, with or without the German translation.
• Upload to Crowdin and download & commit of new translations is done manually by harrieklomp.
• At least the upload should be made automatic, but it is complicated (see https://github.com/opencaching/okapi/issues/538#issuecomment-454236442).

Current status for Crowdin translation of OKAPI attribute texts is:

• The tool etc/crowdin/attr.php transfers the texts between attribute-definitions.xml and attr-<lang>.json files.
• English texts change rarely. They are manually exported to JSON via attr.php and uploaded to Crowdin.
• A cronjob on my server checks every 4-6 hours for new translations. It will push them to the Github branch crowdin-update and send me an Email notification. This should be improved to create Pull Requests instead of direct emails.

Country and language name translations may need to be added, see #576.
