geocoder.php map broken #1795

geocoder.php still uses the old Google map and does no longer work. (opened by "Where am I" / " "Gdzie jestem?" on search page)

Oh well... it kind of works, but probably is illegal this way ("for development use only").

geocoder.php this is legacy code - it should be refactored and not used Google services any more
