mycaches fix

• fix for incorrect "last found" value, if last found is today
• add "DNF" and "watchers" items to table
• remove dependency to cache_type and cache_status tables in DB
• code cleaning (but still needs refactor to MVC)

Did not check the whole code changes, because there's a lot of them, therefore I hope the code is functionally without bugs. Anyway I checked out this PR running and it looks ok for me.

Ja niestety jeszcze nie dam rady zerknąć wiec nie czekajcie przypadkiem na mnie - kolejny tydzień jestem na wakacjach ale może w październiku nieco w końcu się zaktywizuję - mam nadzieję :)
