Now geocoder.php is not php but html file, with many hardcoded PL strings, and without Google API key. Things to do:

[ ] convert to template, separate logic and page design
[ ] convert hardcoded strings to translateable strings
[ ] add Google API key from config
[ ] check if geolocalisation works both over http and https (see #650)
[ ] remove hardoded coorditates (52, 19), fetch them from user profile (see #796)
[ ] handle unset home coordinates in user profile

Question: could we also use geoip as alternative, if browser does not supply location info?
