Translation for doc about badges #941

This is doc = binary file -> ugly :) This doc is in pl language only - opencaching source code should be language-independend As I remember we decided to move all info about oc features and rules to one place: wikipedia. Your idea breaking this rule. doc directory in this repository should be related only with technical OC documentation

So please move info for end-user from OpisSpr.doc to our pl wiki ;] All technical docs about badges should be written in English and kept in markdown document.

BTW: there is a nice tool to convert for example docx -> github md format: pandoc I think this issue can be closed now - but @tripper1971 take a look please if everything is converted OK.

We can transform this issue to 'translation issue'
