Feature request: Add `--user` switch to commands #133

The vostools commands only accept a certificate (certfile) or a token as an authentication mechanism. The cadctools commands accept a --user command which is convenient for single commands, and would be a nice addition to the vostools commands.

Do we require that a flag be used always? Perhaps we could prompt the user for their credentials if nothing is provided and the access requires a uname/pw.
