If a relation entity is the domain of a scalar/structured property, then it should be diagrammed as a box
the diagram does not render relations whose domain is another relation

See for example with OML Rosetta 0.9.3:

Compare the diagram from OML Luxor, which is complete:

Did you use the same version of oml-luxor.vix in both environments?
