This adds a new plugin, io.opencaesar.rosetta.sirius, which adds the following Sirius enhancements:

A workaround for a Sirius bug where the selected line in a table may appear blank on macOS.
Expand and Collapse context menu items to expand or collapse a tree of items in a table.

This also increments the Rosetta version to 0.7.0.
