Description of contribution

Created export to svg feature for diagrams https://github.com/opencaesar/oml-vision/issues/2

Testing performed

[x] Go to Diagram View
[x] An example is open https://github.com/opencaesar/kepler16b-example/tree/opencaesar-225 and load data into the RDF triplestore
[x] From there go to the Pages section and open the Missions tab
[x] You can select the PNG and SVG downloads in the lower left
[x] You should see a PNG and SVG download of the current missions page in your Downloads
