I am annoyed that I can't add layouts for custom deletion wizards in OML Vision.

Describe the desired feature

I would like to be able to add wizard layouts in some sort of wizardLayouts.json file similar to the propertyLayouts.json. This will allow me to make custom deletion wizards in OML Vision.

I'm going to change the scope of this ticket to only focus on layouts for wizards that delete elements to prevent scope creep.
