open property panel immediately when showProperties command is called closes #63

Go to https://github.com/pogi7/kepler16b-example
Switch to main branch
Run git pull
From the command line run ./gradlew load
Wait for that command to finish
Open the Objectives webview
Verify that there is a place above the table headers that you can show and hide columns
