fix fall detection algorithm #1

first iteration of the fall detection algorithm according to http://www.analog.com/en/analog-dialogue/articles/detecting-falls-3-axis-digital-accelerometer.html can be found here https://github.com/opencarecc/inpe/commit/b9420b699cf71949d21788917aed711021cbde0d

despite being more accurate, we decided to NOT go the interrupts way to make it more simple for future users to install their InPe' software
