How does it fix it exactly? OC 4 also has the string parametered. What is the error message produced when leaving the string there?

With string

TypeError: Language::set(): Argument #2 ($value) must be of type string, array given, called in admin\controller\event\language.php on line 41 in system\storage\modification\system\library\language.php on line 46
