tackling remaining tasks of issue #128

making number style the same for modular use example
adding github links and reference for happygitwithr and markdown
[x] Numbering formatting could be more consistent in https://www.opencasestudies.org/OCS_Guide/modifying-and-creating-open-case-studies.html#example-of-modular-use sometimes there is a period sometimes three is a ")" This required making the subnumbers a period as markdown will convert the main numbers with ")" to a "." I ultimately decided to change this so the various options would show up more easily with the bookdown structure

[x] (avocado should be “click use as template button”) I think this is resolved -> explain both options of use as template and cloning/forking with package Indeed this was done, since we changed our mind and want to encourage people to use the package zip_ocs() function instead to avoid getting our git history. I added this to the explanation in the text about how people could do this.
