copied and pasted and added some text to ensure smooth transition

open to feedback on everything i added, including:

• the placement of the creation section in ch 5
• the bullet i added to the learning objectives list to reflect the new section
• added this sentence to the blurb about creating case studies: "If you'd like to create a case study to contribute to the Open Case Studies, using one of these methods is recommended, but not required." feel free to change if this is not accurate
• if the new section flows organically into the next sections

fixed air pollution rendering issue, added compilation time to the table here as well.
