The was a similar issue in EventTableBuilder, I added the fix for this to the fix here.

see PR #283 I believe that these changes have not been critical so far and are still compatible with ILIAS 8.10 and older. but please check further changes first to see whether they were caused by https://github.com/ILIAS-eLearning/ILIAS/pull/6261.
