This PR resolves the incompatibilities to ILIAS 8.11 (to be released). but: the plugin then is no longer compatible to older ILIAS 8.x versions.

I close this PR, since it would only be needed if someone was exactly on the intermediate level between ilias 8.11 and 8.12 (see https://groups.google.com/a/opencast.org/g/lms/c/xj31oGwvqnQ/m/Guj9FenaAQAJ).
