Simple description

Upon uploading a video:

A thumbnail upload as image must be possible (important)
User should also be able to pass a specific timepoint of the video in order for Opencast to create the thumbnail from. (In R&D)

In terms of managing the thumbnails later, the opencast editor can take care of it.
