[Release 8] Paella Player - adding custom getVideoId function to enable restoreLastTime config option

This PR fixes #289,

New additionals

• a new function getVideoIdFunction is added to the paella player js,
• during Paella Player initialisation, we now use this function as for getVideoId param.
• the restoreLastTime config is enabled again!

Upgrades:

• paella-basic-plugins is upgraded to v1.44.10
• paella-core is upgraded to v1.49.7
• paella-slide-plugins is upgraded to v1.48.1

That would make sense to test Paella Player features through, because we upgrade the paella player packages!

Thanks for fixing this! In our test environment (with this PR) the play position is now correctly memorzied for each event.
