Don't word wrap on table headers

We're currently applying arbitrary word-wrapping to our table cells to keep very long strings from overflowing. This can cause some columns to get very little width in certain cases. This removes word-wrapping from table headers to rectify that issue. Table header contents are controlled by us and should not be terribly long either way, so in my opinion this is fine.

I checked for a couple different languages and they looked fine to me, but if someone thinks that this is not feasible for a certain language please do speak up.

Use docker or podman to test this pull request locally.

Run test server using develop.opencast.org as backend:

podman run --rm -it -p 127.0.0.1:3000:3000 ghcr.io/opencast/opencast-admin-interface:pr-744

Specify a different backend like stable.opencast.org:

podman run --rm -it -p 127.0.0.1:3000:3000 -e PROXY_TARGET=https://stable.opencast.org ghcr.io/opencast/opencast-admin-interface:pr-744

It may take a few seconds for the interface to spin up. It will then be available at http://127.0.0.1:3000. For more options you can pass on to the proxy, take a look at the README.md.
