Update to 9.10 and 10.6 to fix critical security vulnerability #167

As has been confirmed by Opencast, it is vulnerable to the CVE-2021-44228 vulnerability which was made public last Friday, but it has been addressed in the latest versions 9.10 and 10.6. Given the severity of this vulnerability, it would be great to update the docker builds as soon as possible.

@yanus: I will definitely update today. The 9.10 tag was just pushed to the Opencast repo while I'm still waiting for 10.6.
