How to miminize the configure window? #23

Let me know where I should ask this question better please. --- I can't see how to mimize the configureation pane on the right, even when fully collapsed it is is still there and in the way of seeing the karyotype.

To make all the configuration panels disappear you just need to click on the "Tracks", "CellBase" and "Search" buttons located in the top panel (they are underlined in orange -- meaning "active"). Click again to make them appear.
