Add the --group-by parameter to the variant query command line #116

The variant query command line should provide the --group-by parameter in order to group variants per gene or consequence type. E.g.:

/build/bin/hpg-bigdata-local.sh variant query --i test.vcf.avro -region 1:1245816-3245819 --group-by gene
