Use new opencga-session in all OpenCGA web components #169

A new opencga-session has been defined in opencb/jsorolla#83. We must ensure this is passed to all OpenCGA web components. For now, opencga-session will be created in IVA, this should be moved to opencga-login web components as soon as possible.
